Monthly and yearly memberships can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops all future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have not generated dispute letters or an AI credit audit, email us for a full refund.
AI credit audits, letter vault access, and other one-time digital purchases are delivered instantly. Because the content is generated for you on purchase, these sales are final once the deliverable has been produced. If a purchase failed to deliver, or you were charged twice, we will refund it in full.
Send your account email and the date of the charge to support@badcreditmentor.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
