We do not contact bureaus or creditors, do not dispute anything on your behalf, and do not provide credit monitoring or credit counseling.
Monthly and yearly platform-access memberships can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops all future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have not generated letter drafts or an AI report review, email us for a full refund.
Report reviews, template library access, and other one-time digital purchases unlock instantly. Because access and generated material are delivered immediately, these sales are final once the material has been produced. If a purchase failed to unlock, or you were charged twice, we will refund it in full.
Send your account email and the date of the charge to support@badcreditmentor.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
BadCreditMentor sells access to credit education, tools, and AI-assisted document drafting you use yourself. We are not a credit repair organization, credit counseling agency, or monitoring service, we do not act on your behalf with creditors or bureaus, and no one can lawfully promise a specific credit score outcome. Refunds are not issued on the basis of score results.
